BEFS Congress 2014

Our Congress on the 11th November will focus on the collaborative delivery of the Historic Environment Strategy for Scotland Our Place in Time. We are delighted that Kate Clark, the new Chief Executive of Cadw, will be the keynote speaker, drawing on her wealth of experience across the globe.


Historic Environment Scotland Bill

The Bill has completed stage 2 of the parliamentary process with 60 amendments, some of which aligned with BEFS recommendations. BEFS HES Bill taskforce are currently scrutinising the amended Bill prior to the stage 3 debate which is likely to be in early November.
