Measuring Success

BEFS is now consulting on proposals about how we measure the success of the Historic Environment Strategy Our Place in Time. The consultation is running from Tuesday 11 November 2014 to Wednesday 21 January 2015 with events in Perth, Edinburgh and Glasgow.

Historic Environment Scotland Bill

The Bill was passed by the Scottish Parliament on 4th November 2014. BEFS HES Bill taskforce scrutinised it at all stages, giving oral evidence to the Education & Culture Committee and briefing MSPs twice. BEFS will also examine the forthcoming secondary legislation.
