BEFS is very pleased to announce that Fiona Hyslop, Minister for Culture and External Affairs will address BEFS Congress: Special Places - Special Relationships, 2 September. An updated programme will be posted shortly.

The congress will explore the relationship between people and place by showcasing projects and initiatives with plenty of community participation. We will draw linkages between what is happening on the ground and the Government's national outcome for sustainable places.
